Der mobility Workshop ist für jedermann, nicht nur für Athleten und coaches. Wenn du mobiler werden, und die Grundlagen der Mobilität verstehen möchtest ist dieser Workshop genau das richtige für dich.
Nach der Anmeldung und Bezahlung senden wir dir Kursunterlagen zu.

Functional Fitness & Bodybuilding Workshop

This workshop is for everybody who grew tired of the regular fitness center. If you like training at home and outdoor, this course is for you.
This three hour workshop will discuss the same topic in less detail as the educational two-day course.
